Carven C’est Paris ! Elixir pour Femme
The feminine creation, “Carven C’est Paris ! Elixir pour Femme”, combines fresh, floral notes with a creamy vanilla base.
The fragrance journey begins with a tangy, spicy top note of grapefruit, rhubarb and pink pepper. A sensual floral bouquet of jasmine absolute, freesia and gardenia then unfolds, supported by warm tones of moss and patchouli. Creamy notes of praline and vanilla conclude the composition, lending it a sweet depth.
Carven C’est Paris ! Elixir pour Homme
The masculine version offers a blend of aromatic and strong, warm notes.
“Carven C’est Paris ! Elixir pour Homme” opens with a fresh and spicy interplay of rosemary, lemon and cypress, followed by a heart of the warm sweetness of hazelnut, sensual tonka bean and violet leaf absolute. A balsamic-animalic base of benzoin absolute and costus absolute rounds off the fragrance, supported by the spicy-aromatic presence of cedar.
The new fragrances expand the “Carven C’est Paris !” collection from Carven, which was launched in 2021 with the first fragrance duo.
Carven
The history of the label begins with a fashion-loving woman: Madame Carmen de Tommaso. In 1945, the French designer founded her own fashion house Carven on the famous Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris. At 1.55 meters tall, she had a vision: to design luxurious fashion that would flatter women of her stature while expressing her unique style. Her collections became a symbol of elegant and modern Parisian chic and were worn by celebrities such as Leslie Caron, Édith Piaf and Michèle Morgan. Madame Carmen de Tommaso died in 2015, but will go down in history as one of the most influential designers of the post-war period.
The label’s first perfume, “Ma Griffe”, debuted in 1946 and means “my trademark”.
The new fragrances are available in bottle sizes of 30, 50 and 100 ml.
