The Swiss label Strellson is launching four men’s fragrances, each created for a specific occasion. 

There are rules in fashion. Applied to the world of fragrances, this means: in the office, a discreet fragrance that shows presence but is not overpowering. In the evening at the club, it can be something more – a fragrance that is something special. But please not on an airplane, because nobody wants to be exposed to too strong a perfume for hours in a confined space.

With the aim of capturing the essence of masculinity and independence, the series includes the creations “Office” for everyday use, “Club” for sensual club nights, “Mountain” for experiences in nature and “Date” for rendezvous. All fragrances were developed in collaboration with perfumer Mark Buxton.

The fragrance journey of “Office” begins with a fruity-fresh blend of bergamot, pineapple and orange, enveloped in warm amberwood.the heart note unfolds with soft, woody-fresh accords of elemi resin, floral jasmine, maritime notes and neroli, followed by a warm base that blends a subtle leather note with patchouli, white musk and a hint of birch tar.

Club – A sensual fragrance for the nightlife

In the club, a confident appearance is everything. STELLSON-CLUB spreads its masculine fragrance and surrounds you with an aura full of sensual, flirtatious accords that also unfold their effect in larger rooms.

Club – Strellson

The composition of “Club” opens with a tangy, spicy interplay of bergamot, star anise and caraway, accentuated by aromatic lavender. The heart then combines sensual rose notes, warm clove and violet tones with warm vetiver and incense, rounded off by a creamy, spicy base of musk, patchouli, sandalwood and cedarwood.

Mountain – One with nature

This fragrance emphasizes a walk through nature or a mountain hike in the Swiss Alps. The composition does not mess with nature, but gratefully embraces it and adds suitable accords to complement it. “At one with nature” – like STRELLSON’s Swiss roots.

In the top note of “Mountain”, fruity-fresh notes of pineapple, bergamot, blackcurrant and apple merge with a delicate rose note. This is followed by a spicy-fresh heart of birch, jasmine, patchouli and juniper, rounded off with warm, earthy base notes of amber, tree moss and musk, refined with a sweet hint of vanilla.

Date – Seductive notes for a special evening

The fragrance DATE is the program. You want to conquer with this fragrance. The perfume must be effective both from a distance and up close – a quality that is particularly important if the encounter is to be remembered positively.

Date – Strellson

“Date” opens with spicy star anise, basil and fresh, tart bergamot juice, enveloped by a floral lavender note. As the fragrance progresses, sweet, spicy clove and caraway combine with the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans and the floral, almond-like character of heliotrope. The finish offers a subtle sweetness of African tonka bean, paired with patchouli, vanilla and cedarwood for a warm, creamy depth.

Strellson was founded in 1984 by Jochen and Uwe Holy, the former owners of Hugo Boss, and has since established itself as a successful Swiss men’s fashion brand. Originating from the coat factory Friedrich Strähl & Co. in Kreuzlingen, Strellson is now part of the Holy Fashion Group, which also includes JOOP! and windsor. An important milestone in the history of the brand was the introduction of the “Swiss Cross Jacket” in 2003, which was made from old Swiss military blankets and helped Strellson to become very well known.

With its iconic cross logo and a range that extends from elegant suits and stylish bags to high-quality shoes and jackets, the label combines classic fashion with casual outerwear.

The new fragrances will be available from October 2024 in 100 ml bottles
