I’ve long been a fan of Klorane’s dry shampoo, so when I saw a strengthening serum from the brand on sale, I immediately added it to my cart. Especially with all the weddings on my calendar this season, I’ll be using this eyeliner to take my otherwise-boring makeup to the next level.
