Grab your party hats because today, August 28, Jennifer Coolidge was born and it’s cause for celebration. The icon herself serves quotable one-liners and sometimes chaotic energy, from her roles at Paulette Bonafonté in Legally Blonde to Tanya McQuoid in The White Lotus—the latter of which won her two Emmy Awards—though my all-time favorite character remains Fiona from A Cinderella Story.
