Kylie Jenner just put a major twist on a fashion classic. While attending the Paris Fashion Week Chanel Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2025 show, the reality star opted for a signature silhouette of the French fashion house: the tweed skirt suit. But naturally, she put her own, modern twist on the iconic look. Instead of sporting a longer skirt and jacket à la Jackie Onassis, she instead put a Y2K twist on the look, opting for a cropped look.
Her white tweed jacket featured all of the signature Chanel details—the round statement buttons, the fringed hemlines, the round neckline. However, in a departure from the classic silhouette, Jenner's jacket cut off just below her ribs, revealing her midriff below. Meanwhile, she also swapped out the classic knee-length skirt for a cropped pleated miniskirt, decorated with several skinny chain belts.
Jenner completed her ensemble with a quilted black vanity bag, a black and gold crossbody purse, a pair of black sunglasses, and black sling-backs with a short, chunky heel. She wore her dark hair in loose waves around her shoulders.
Jenner has been spending a lot of time with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet of late. The pair were spotted enjoying each other’s company at an after party for Chalamet’s film A Complete Unknown last month. It was then reported that the pair spent a quiet Christmas together with Jenner’s children—apparently, Chalamet has been embraced into the Kardashian and Jenner family. In early January, Jenner joined Chalamet for the Golden Globes, where she was seen hanging out with him and his co-stars, Elle Fanning and Monica Barbaro. A few weeks later, Jenner and Chalamet were once again seen together, this time, on a date night in Paris. When Chalamet found out he was nominated for an Oscar, Jenner couldn’t have been happier—in fact, according to an insider, she was left “screaming with excitement.”
