The wrinkle-fighting cream is from a Jennifer Garner-used brand.
I shamelessly stockpile skin care products that celebrities use. Take, for instance, line-smoothing creams from Neutrogena—the likes of which Jennifer Garner, a brand ambassador, uses to stave off wrinkles. I adore the popular Rapid Wrinkle Repair Cream she’s touted the benefits of. However, only recently did I stumble upon another retinol-rich formula, which shoppers—more than 2,000 of whom have purchased it in the past month alone—swear smooths and brightens skin. I’m putting the formula to the test while it’s marked down from $41 to $27 at Amazon.
Neutrogena Retinol and Vitamin C Correcting Cream

The Neutrogena Retinol and Vitamin C Correcting Cream is a potent skin care solution with brightening, wrinkle-fighting properties. Formulated for all skin types—particularly dull and mature complexions—the creamy, fast-absorbing face cream is packed with its titular ingredients.
Retinol and vitamin C smooth and brighten the skin, respectively.
Retinol, a derivative of vitamin A—and, arguably, the queen of potent, research-backed skin care ingredients—is to thank for much of the formula’s wrinkle-smoothing powers. The ingredient boasts extensive evidence, proving it reduces fine lines, lessens wrinkle depth, and whittles the appearance of large pores. Combined, these effects give skin a more youthful appearance.
Despite its benefits, retinol may also result in skin redness, irritation, and flaking—particularly for sensitive skin types. Neutrogena’s formula, however, mitigates these issues, according to most happy reviewers. Case in point: One shopper, who has ”ridiculously sensitive skin,” has been using the moisturizer “for years” without experiencing the aforementioned problems.
Finally, hyaluronic acid—the skin care world’s preeminent plumping ingredient—is also present in Neutrogena’s anti-aging cream. The moisture-magnetizing molecule imparts glow-inducing hydration, and smooths the appearance of fine lines on contact.
One reviewer swore they’ve watched their wrinkles “disappear” since incorporating this cream into their routine. Another shopper said it completely “changed” their skin, adding that it’s excellent for “diminishing wrinkles” while delivering an “even and bright” complexion. remarked at how “quickly” the cream smooths fine lines, in addition to ridding their complexion of “brown spots” attributable to UV damage and general skin aging.
For smoother, younger-looking skin—with fewer wrinkles and diminished dark spots—shop Neutrogena’s lesser-known, yet highly promising Retinol and Vitamin C Correcting Cream. Consider similar youth-preserving solutions at Amazon, below.
