La Musique de Christie – Eight & Bob
The fragrance journey leads from a spicy, aromatic opening of Greek saffron and nutmeg to a sensual heart of leather and patchouli. The composition is rounded off with a musky base note that lends the fragrance a warm, animalic note.
“La Musique de Christie” is named after Gus Christie, the owner of the famous English country estate of Glyndebourne, where the Glyndebourne Festival Opera has been held every year since 1934. Inspired by the splendor and prestige of this opera festival, the fragrance is intended to embody the elegance and passion of opera performances under the starry skies of warm summer nights.
Le Geste d’Edmond: a tribute to the pioneer of vanilla cultivation
This fragrance is a tribute to the indomitable spirit of Edmond Albius and to the rich heritage of vanilla cultivation that is forever anchored in the history of perfumery. With each spritz, the wearer embarks on a sensory journey and pays homage to the timeless legacy of a young visionary.

Le Geste d’Edmond – Eight & Bob
“Le Geste d’Edmond” is a tribute to Edmond Albius and his legacy in vanilla cultivation. Before Edmond’s invention in 1841, the cultivation of vanilla was almost exclusively limited to Mexico. This changed when the then twelve-year-old slave from the island of Réunion discovered the method of manual pollination. His simple but effective technique enabled vanilla to be cultivated worldwide and made Madagascar the most important producer.
The fragrance opens with the invigorating, spicy freshness of Malagasy ginger, followed by a warm, spicy heart of Ceylon cinnamon and cloves. The base note reveals a rich, woody-sweet weave of Bourbon vanilla, Ambrostar and Toncalactone®, which gives the fragrance its depth.
“Le Geste d’Edmond” and “La Musique de Christie” enrich the “Les Extraits” collection, which already includes the perfumes “Agneta” and “Guéthary”.
