Les Muses Rose Nebula – Lalique

The fragrance journey begins with fresh tones of Italian bergamot and lemon peel, enveloped by the fruity sweetness of blackcurrant. The heart reveals sensual, floral-sweet notes of rose absolute, apricot and lily of the valley, which are rounded off by warm, creamy-powdery base accords of ambroxan, iris and cashmere wood. The composition was created by master perfumer Karine Dubreuil-Sereni.

With “Les Muses Rose Nebula”, Lalique continues the tradition of annual collector’s items. The series was launched 30 years ago with the crystal bottle “Lalique Cristal – Les Muses Edition Limitée 1994” designed by the artist Marie Claude Lalique.

This year’s edition is limited to twelve signed and numbered pieces, all of which were produced using the lost wax technique. This technique, also known as the “lost wax” process, is an ancient and elaborate method of metal casting that can be used to produce investment castings with complex shapes and high precision. As part of the “Exceptional Pieces” collection, “Les Muses Rose Nebula” is intended to embody the exquisite craftsmanship and style of the luxury house.

A modern work of art that carries the splendor of the past.

Lalique

Since its foundation in 1888, Lalique has stood for French luxury art. The founder, René Lalique, was a talented jewelry designer and graphic artist who became world-famous for his works of art. Characterized by motifs of flora, fauna and feminine grace, his creations captured the spirit of Art Deco and Art Nouveau.

After René’s death in 1945, his son Marc took over the company. He specialized in the processing of crystal glass and created famous pieces such as the “L’Air du Temps” bottle. When Marc’s daughter Marie-Claude Lalique took over the management in 1977, she modernized the product line and hit the nerve of the times. The first perfume “Lalique” (1992) was also launched under her leadership.

Today, the label is particularly known for its fine crystal creations, which range from vases and jewelry to elaborate perfume bottles and sculptures.

The new fragrance is available in a 450 ml bottle.
