Sheer perfection.

Jennifer Lopez is going sheer for spring. And while that’s not necessarily groundbreaking news during a time when every red carpet is filled with visible thongs and nipple-baring dresses, her take on the trend is refreshingly new.

On Saturday, J.Lo attended the premiere of her new Netflix movie Atlas in New York City, where she put a surprising twist on the see-through look. Rather than reach for the standard sheer gown, Lopez, instead, opted for a transparent two-piece set that included a pastel blue mock neck top and a pair of matching wide-leg pants in a chiffon fabric that was so sheer, it clearly showed the lining of her pockets on the inside.

Maintaining her modesty, the singer-slash-actress added a nude bra (and presumably matching underwear) to her look, and accessorized with a silver-and-diamond station necklace, a smattering of chunky gold rings, and a coordinating powder blue handbag with gold hardware.

Jennifer Lopez Combined a Gen Z-Approved Trend With a Millennial Classic

Lopez wore her Carmel-highlighted hair down in tousled waves with a middle part, while her daytime glam consisted of a smoky eye and her signature glowing skin.

In the new sci-fi action fick, Lopez plays data analyst Atlas Shepherd, who “joins a mission to capture a renegade robot with whom she shares a mysterious past,” according to Deadline. The outlet adds that when plans go awry, her “only hope of saving the future of humanity from AI is to trust it.” The film also stars Sterling K. Brown, Simu Liu, Gregory James Cohan, Abraham Popoola, Lana Parrilla, and Mark Strong.

Atlas debuts on Netflix on May 24.
