While many believe the movie premiere red carpets is where the best fashion moments happen during the Venice Film Festival, it's actually the annual amfAR Gala that delivers some of the most show-stopping style.
Need proof? Look no further than Eva Longoria, who attended the event in an outfit that everyone will be talking about for years to come. For the occasion, the actress wore a black high-neck gown that was covered in silver sequins of varying sizes and was sheer from the waist down. Underneath, Longoria sported a black high-cut body suit that showed off her legs and a peek at her booty from behind. She accessorized with strappy black stilettos, a smattering of diamond rings, and a pair of tiny hoop earrings.
She pulled her dark brunette hair back into a sleek ponytail and rounded out her glam with a glossy nude lip, feathered lashes, and sparkly pink eyeshadow that was effortlessly swiped across her lids.
Longoria debuted a very similar look at last year’s gala in Cannes (Venice’s sister festival), where she wore nothing but a tiny bodysuit underneath her completely sheer black dress. This version, however, featured long sleeves, a matching black crystal-embroidered neckline, and a figure-hugging silhouette. She also switched up her accessories, adding a pair of sky-high platform heels and finished off with a bold red lip and a set of side-swept bangs that accompanied her high pony.
