"This one is Joe Manganiello's initial, but he's gone now."
Sofía Vergara is one of those comedians who will always, always be a total riot on a talk show. With her blunt delivery, the Modern Family actress is consistently hilarious, and her latest appearance was no different. While chatting with the hosts of CBS's The Talk, the actress got candid about how she has "recycled" a certain tattoo that was a tribute to her ex-husband.
During the show, the actress explained that she has two tattoos, one on each wrist. On her left inner wrist, she has a small tattoo of an "R" in honor of her brother, Rafael, who died in 1998. On her right wrist, she has a similar tattoo of a "J."

"And this one is Joe Manganiello's initial," she said, before adding, "but now he is gone," as the audience cackled as her bluntness.
Vergara went on to explain that even though she has a tattoo in honor of Manganiello, she has found a way to repurpose it. "How lucky can I be that the guy that I'm going out has the same initial?"

As the audience continued laughing, she summed it all up by saying, "Recycle!"
Vergara and Manganiello filed for divorce last year after seven years of marriage. Vergara opened up about the split earlier this year during an interview with El País. “I’m newly divorced from my second husband, who I was with for 10 years,” she said. “My marriage broke up because my husband was younger. He wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom. I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore.”
Vergara then went Instagram official with her current “J,” Dr. Justin Saliman, in April, after the pair were first romantically linked late last year.
In an interview with People earlier this month, Vergara opened up about how her fame has made her relationships difficult. “Everything gets so exaggerated,” she said, adding, “Having relationships is hard… But you just get used to it. It comes with being famous, so you can’t complain that much.”
