With the unisex fragrance “American Psycho”, the Swedish perfume label 19-69 is launching an olfactory interpretation of the cult novel of the same name by Bret Easton Ellis.

The Eau de Parfum “American Psycho” was created in close collaboration with Bret Easton Ellis and is inspired by key moments from the book and the 2000 film adaptation. The composition is intended to capture not only the sterile aesthetics and ritualized vanity of Bateman, but also the dark undertones of the story.
“American Psycho” opens with warm, woody-earthy notes of amber, vetiver, cedar, guaiac wood and sandalwood, followed by a floral and spicy blend of jasmine, garden carnation and pine. The composition is rounded off with aquatic nuances and the citrusy freshness of bergamot, complemented by the aromatic scent of sage, which lends the perfume a clear, cool elegance.
The new fragrance is available in a bottle size of 100 ml.
