Every weekend, I find the best deals for our readers. This weekend—shocker!—has topped them all. But given how many Black Friday and Early Cyber Monday sales are happening on the internet right now, it can be hard to discern what’s worth shopping, so, naturally, I sorted through them all.

I’m grabbing my winter staples from J.Crew, where new styles are up to 55 percent off and markdowns are now an extra 60 percent off. The cozy Rollneck Sweater is one of the brand’s most iconic styles, which makes it an easy add-to-cart, and I’m still obsessed with this cool, oversized cardigan, which I might finally grab now that it’s $99 off. Other styles I’m loving include this trending leopard-print dress and this long-sleeve one with side ruching that shoppers call “very flattering” for curves.

Coach Outlet always has great deals, but right now, they’re can’t-miss, with an extra 25 percent off the brand’s already-marked down bags. The best deal is on the Mini Rowan crossbody bag, which is now 74 percent off, but you really can’t go wrong with anything. This $25 ID holder is the perfect gift, and I’m personally obsessed with the slouchy Val duffle bag, which checks off one of this year’s hottest trends, as well as the more classic Georgia Satchel Bag. And since I’m sure the Hadley suede tote will sell out this sale, I’m snagging mine before it’s gone.

With more than 86,000 items on sale at Nordstrom, you could easily do all of your holiday shopping here, but I’m using the retailer’s Black Friday sale to snag shoes at up to 53 percent off. Classic black boots will always be in for winter style, which is why this knee-high pair from Vince Camuto and Vionic’s booties are easy buys, though I’m also really loving this leopard print pair. For sneakers, I found deals on both Hokas and Converse. But if you want something cozy, consider grabbing these faux-shearling line clogs that are now just $50.

Like Coach’s outlet store, Kate Spade Outlet also discounted its already on-sale styles, a number of which make great holiday gifts. This $22 wristlet is a great affordable option, but if you’re down to spend a bit more, this spacious, practical tote is something I imagine will get lots of wear. The metallic Phoebe and tweed Carey bags are fun and festive, and I’m not sure a classic black shoulder bag could get any chicer than this Kayla style.

Almost Madewell’s new winter arrivals are 40 percent off with the code MADEBETTER, including its rarely-on sale cashmere—so this sweater is an immediate add-to-cart. I also think now is a great opportunity to grab a winter coat, namely, this chic Alonzo style, while it’s on sale (TBH, it probably won’t be marked down again until after winter). While J.Crew and Madewell tend to be my go-to for staples, Anthropologie is where I grab those trending pieces. This velvet slip skirt is at the top of my wishlist, and I’m also loving this 78-percent off sweater dress. Other must-have items include Maeve’s shopper-favorite sweater and these bootcut jeans from the celebrity-favorite brand Mother.
