“Deep Grey” is intended to capture the sensuality and masculinity of a mysterious man in a suit. The composition opens with notes of apple, blood orange and tangy lemon, which provide a fruity-fresh opening. The heart reveals an intense blend of sweet-tart davana and delicate orange blossom, surrounded by warm coffee aromas. The fragrance is rounded off with creamy, spicy base notes of amber, vanilla and tonka bean, which add warmth and depth to the composition.

Otto Kern

Born in Nürtingen in 1950, Otto Kern founded his eponymous company in Kaiserslautern in 1970 – after giving up his law studies in Frankfurt to devote himself to his passion for fashion. His first shirt collection, which stood out for its high-quality fabrics and sophisticated cuts, became a bestseller and turned the brand into one of Europe’s leading shirt manufacturers. Gradually, Otto Kern expanded its range – including pants, suits, jackets and women’s clothing. Today, the label stands for casually elegant designer fashion and stylish everyday looks.

In the 1990s, Kern sold shares in his company and transferred the brand to Ahlers AG in 2000. Since the launch of the fragrances “Otto Kern Woman” and “Otto Kern Man” in 2006, the label has also successfully established itself in the fragrance world and currently occupies seventh place in the German bridge market.

The new fragrance will be available in Germany from mid-September in bottle sizes 30 and 50 ml.
