With the oriental unisex fragrance “Madness”, the French label Franck Boclet captures the rebellious spirit of the late 70s, inspired by the famous ska band Madness.
An absolutely crazy, oriental fragrance inspired by the famous English pop group Madness at the end of the 70s. A Madeleine de Proust for Franck, who danced the SKA dance wildly to the music “One step behond” in his youth.

The composition opens with an exotic, sweet-spicy blend of coconut milk, coconut, rum and saffron, followed by a powerful, woody oud heart, which is surrounded by floral rose nuances, creamy vanilla and spicy notes. In the finish, an accord of amber, musk, patchouli and sandalwood lends the fragrance a sensual depth and warmth.

“Madness” joins the “Rock & Riot Black” series by Franck Boclet. With a concentration of 40 percent, the collection’s Extraits de Parfum promise an intense olfactory journey through time through the legacy of rock history. The fragrance range was launched in 2016 with “Angie”, “Heroes” and “Ashes” and has expanded over the years to include more provocative scents such as “Cocaïne”, “Sugar” and “Crime”. The latest creations from 2019, “Woodstock”, “Vinyl” and “Freedom”, each celebrate a decade of music history from the 60s to the 80s.
Rock & Riot is in Frank Boclet’s DNA. Of course, Rock & Riot refers to the rock music of the vinyl records of the 60s, 70s and 80s. But it is also a spirit, a creative lifestyle and an art.
