BDK Parfums expands the “Collection Parisienne” with “Rouge Smoking (Extrait)” – a sensual unisex creation that adds new depth and intensity to the popular original fragrance.
The fragrance journey begins with a fresh, lemony-fruity top note of Italian bergamot, elemi resin, red mandarin and princess cherry, refined with spicy Indian pink pepper and a creamy-sweet almond note. A sensual, creamy depth unfolds in the heart: labdanum absolute and milk blend with the soft, balsamic notes of Peru balsam and tonka bean absolute. Amberwood and ambroxan lend the base an earthy depth, surrounded by warm, exotic accents of Indonesian patchouli and Martinique rum. Refined with spicy saffron, Siamese benzoin, Thai oud and vanilla absolute, the fragrance has an oriental finish that leaves it creamy and sensual.

The inspiration: Pigalle – Parisian rebellion and creativity
The perfumers “Rouge Smoking (Extrait)” drew their inspiration for Margaux Le Paih Guérin and Amélie Bourgeois from the atmosphere of the Pigalle district in Paris. Here, between the world-famous Moulin Rouge and vibrant music clubs, bohemian charm is combined with a modern zeitgeist – an environment that has inspired artists such as Picasso and Dalí. This mixture of elegance, sensuality and boldness is also reflected in the composition.
With a fragrance oil content of 30 percent, the new unisex fragrance intensifies the cherry, amber and tonka bean accord of the Eau de Parfum “Rouge Smoking” from 2018. While the Eau de Parfum emphasizes the delicate almond note of the cherry stone, the Extrait version focuses on a full, juicy cherry note that makes the fragrance signature even fruitier and more intense.
The new fragrance is available in a 100 ml bottle.
