Alba initially wore the looks before they were even born.
What’s old is new again—at least such is the case for Jessica Alba’s past red carpet looks.
On Friday, Alba revealed that her former dresses from the '00s were recently recycled by her two daughters, Haven and Honor, at the premiere of her new Netflix movie Trigger Warning earlier this month. Sharing a cute photo of the trio on the red carpet in honor of #FashionFriday, the actress included a fun fact about her daughters's outfits that almost everyone missed the first time around.
“Throwing it back all the way to ‘07 and ‘10 in the sweetest way ever 🥹,” Alba began her post, before revealing that her eldest daughter Honor, 16, wore the teal gingham Prada dress she initially debuted at the premiere of Valentine’s Day in London in 2007 (before Honor was even born), while Haven, 12, opted for her denim Dolce & Gabbana dress from Comicon for Good Luck Chuck three years later.
Alba added to her caption, "I loooove seeing my girls wear some of my archived pieces and adding their own touch 🫶🏽."

Despite each dress being more than a decade old, Honor and Haven made the vintage designs feel refreshingly current with their styling choices. Honor, for her part, accessorized with black patent leather heels and a plunging cross necklace in lieu of her mom's peep-toe denim boots, sheer black tights, and layered chunky bracelets. Meanwhile, Haven swapped out Alba's shiny gold loafers for a pair of black sandals with gold bumble bee details on the toe straps while adding oversized gold hoops to her look.
