These are made from a cotton blend that shoppers say has just the right amount of stretch, explaining that it forms to their figure and holds them in but doesn’t feel restrictive. For jeans that fit snuggly through the hips and thighs, comfortable stretch is exactly what I want.

The Kick Out Jeans are a best-seller at Madewell, and they’re 25 percent off during the brand’s sitewide sale. While I always gravitate towards Madewell’s jeans (I know they fit me and last for years), I particularly love the wash on these jeans. That inky blue color is trending for fall, while the vintage-inspired fading across the thighs gives the jeans an effortlessly cool look. And while the color itself nearly won me over, it was shoppers saying the jeans “hug in all the right places” that made these an immediate add-to-cart.
