It’s equal parts practical and stylish.
Recently, after snagging a Larq water bottle—a smart vessel that tracks hydration via an app—I realized my H2O consumption falls short of my combined coffee-and-wine glugging. While my techy water bottle has proven enlightening, it, like any water bottle, is inconvenient to lug everywhere I go (a prerequisite, I’ve realized, to becoming a divinely hydrated person). My sister, who is the paradigm of health, frequently laments this exact issue, citing how bottles are a pain to shove into her purses (assuming they even fit).

The Wanderfull HydroBag is a sleek, stylish, water bottle-carrying bag. It features a long, adjustable strap that can be slung over the shoulder, or worn across the chest as a crossbody bag. Designed with both form and function in mind, it’s a fashionable means of toting my bulky H2O bottle around hands-free. Moreover, it features a secure, “slim zipper pocket,” in Oprah’s words, that’s conveniently outfitted with slots for credit cards and space for other items.
The Wanderfull accommodates bottles up to 34 ounces and 3.5 inches in diameter, with a soft, cylindrical compartment for easy, slide-in stowage. The zippered pocket is roomy enough for my phone, mini hairbrush, and an array of lipstick shades. Frequent traveler? It’s perfectly sized for passport storage, too. Oprah loves Wanderfull for the gym, as it stores “only the essentials,” including her “phone, keys, a water bottle,” she stated, and “$20—because my dad always said so.” (Same.) Gym aside, there are countless additional use-case scenarios for the Wanderfull, including hiking, picnics, traveling, and running errands.

Despite its roomy interior, the bag is nevertheless compact, allowing me to feel truly unencumbered when traipsing around New York City. Moreover, it’s made from lightweight, non-bulky material: Choose between the brand’s original puffer fabric, or Oprah’s 2024 pick, vegan leather. Both are water-proof, weather-proof, and a breeze to wipe down should spills occur.
I’m currently carrying the original quilted version, though I’m eyeing Oprah’s vegan leather pick. In addition to its sleek aesthetic, it includes two straps—a casual fabric strap, and a dressier chain strap—making it exceptionally versatile.
Finally, I’d be remiss not to mention: The Wanderfull fits a full-sized wine bottle comfortably—and stylishly, as evidenced by the stranger who stopped me last weekend to inquire about my “cool wine bag” as I was leaving the liquor store. Here’s to hoping my hydration efforts remain consistent in spite of my newfound use for my beloved bag.
