I’m bringing the vacation vibes to my apartment.
I’ve been itching for a vacation. Sure, I went to Italy to get married, but honestly, that was more business than pleasure since we were so busy finalizing all the details up until that special day. The relaxing, easygoing, strolling-through-cities-and-getting-lost vibes weren’t as high of a priority as I’d have liked, but given the fact that I probably won’t go on a trip until my honeymoon (yes, we waited and yes, I’m glad), I’m going to dress like I’m on vacation until then. So, that means I’m going to wear Kendall Jenner’s exact outfit for the rest of summer.
Someday, I’ll vacation like Jenner. The supermodel is pretty much spotted in a different country every day (#goals), but this time around, she was seen strolling around Ibiza en route to (or from) a beach day given her sheer, bikini-clad outfit that left very little to the imagination. The model went with a long, striped knit maxi dress from internet-famous brand, Dissh. To no surprise, her exact style is sold out—I went to look for it immediately after the sighting, only to be left disappointed that it was out of stock. But good thing there are plenty of see-through maxi dresses I can scoop up to recreate the look.

Jenner’s vacation look didn’t stop there, though. Underneath her sheer maxi—which I would totally wear out to dinner during the dog days of summer (ahem, right now)—you could see a teeny-tiny black string bikini, a swimwear trend she’s been a big fan of for a while. She rounded out the beach-perfect look with black flip-flops, a large black tote bag, and black sunglasses. Her hair was pulled into a nonchalant bun, with small gold hoop earrings adding a touch of glam. Obsessed!
The supermodel’s style is so on-trend for the season, not only as beach attire when swim coverups reach all-time popularity, but also because it’s right in line with the nearly naked dresses we’ve been seeing everywhere, from the streets to the red carpet. The divisive staple is certainly not for the faint of heart, but it’s ideal for summer’s heat. It’s lightweight and obviously airy, so it’s a must during these super-hot NYC summer days.
