When you can't make it to a fashion show, the fashion comes to you.
It’s the ultimate fashion face-off: Kylie Jenner vs. Kylie Jenner. Today, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner family member showed off a custom gown that featured her face on it, which may just be the most iconic fashion move anyone can make. The creation came via Balmain and Jenner shared that creative director Olivier Rousteing made her the custom dress even though she couldn’t attend the label’s runway show at Paris Fashion Week.
The gown has a huge, Pop Art-style portrait of Jenner on a strapless column silhouette with the tiniest sweetheart neckline thanks to the bodice's pointy details. The dress version of Jenner features a bold pink lip color, thick eyebrows, and the reality TV star and mother's signature smolder. Jenner shared a snapshot of the dress on Instagram, tagging Balmain and her pal Rousteing.
Though she couldn't attend the Balmain presentation this week, a version of Jenner's dress did walk the runway, so she was there in spirit. While Jenner's version is long and grazes the floor, a model walked in a similar style with long sleeves and a high slit. Of course, it had the same portrait of Jenner on it. The show's front row included stars like Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham and Cardi B.
According to People, this isn’t the first customized creation that Jenner’s shown off on social media. Last month, she showed off a Goyard pouch that was printed with images of her children, Stormi and Aire.
