The French niche brand OHTOP launches its new “Artistic Collection” with the three unisex Eaux de Parfum “Októ”, “Half Moon” and “Air Oud”.

The fragrance journey of “Októ” begins with a fresh, slightly sweet opening of fruity pear and the green, resinous depth of galbanum, refined by the spice of star anise. At the heart, the warm, musky notes of ambrette seed unfold, combined with the earthy depth of angelica root and the powdery elegance of iris. Finally, the composition concludes with a warm base of velvety cashmeran, creamy sandalwood and a humus note that lends the fragrance a natural, earthy depth.
The creation comes from perfumer Julien Rasquinet and is a tribute to the positive energy of the number 8, which stands for happiness and transformation.
Half Moon – A childhood memory in the moonlight

“Half Moon” opens with fresh bergamot, a light oxygen note and the green freshness of cypress, complemented by the warm spice of cinnamon. In the center, floral nuances of jasmine and rose unfold, refined by the sweetness of heliotrope and an aromatic incense accord. The fragrance is rounded off with a warm base of sweet and creamy vanilla, musk, cedarwood, ambroxan and vetiver.
With the composition, the perfumer Luca Maffei wanted to capture the cheekiness and innocence of childhood, inspired by the melody of a popular Korean children’s song called “Bandal” (translated: “half moon”). The song tells the story of a rabbit planting a cinnamon tree, a rice cake, a little girl and the protective moon that serves as a beacon of a new dawn.
Air Oud – A touch of peace and mysticism

The stubborn scent of a piece of wood of ancient oud blown into the cool air of a calm morning. A fresh oud, delicate, clear and white, without the slightest violence or animalism, enveloped in a sweet voluptuousness

The creation “Air Oud” blends fresh, slightly sweet tones of orange blossom, rice bran and green notes with spicy accents of incense and saffron. The composition is rounded off by a warm, woody-earthy base of oud, sandalwood, patchouli and cypriol, enveloped by an airy accord.
For the fragrance, perfumer Karine Vinchon-Spehner was inspired by the tranquillity of a moss-covered Buddhist temple in Kyoto.
The new fragrances are available in bottle sizes of 100 ml.
