Jennifer Lopez isn’t letting pesky tabloid fodder about her relationship with Ben Affleck bring her down. In fact, quite the opposite: The star stepped out over the weekend in a colorful serotonin-boosting maxidress.
On Saturday, the multi-hyphenate was spotted out and about for lunch and some retail therapy in an ethereal floral, ankle-grazing dress with a plunging neckline, long sleeves, and a belted tie waist.
A pale yellow top-handle purse complemented the frock's multi-color print, and chunky stud earrings, yellow-lensed aviators, and cream-colored platform heels completed the OOTD.
On Sunday, Lopez took her style in a completely different direction, wearing a professional plaid blazer paired with flared jeans and a black Birkin bag.
The weekend outings come just days after Lopez announced the cancellation of her This Is Me…Live tour, which was set to kick off this month. After Live Nation announced the news, Lopez shared a heartfelt message with her fans via her website, OntheJLo.
"I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary," she wrote. "I promise I will make it up to you, and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…"
Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, are also reportedly going through some marital struggles and “living separately.” However, the couple put on a united front last week to celebrate the graduation of Affleck’s daughter Violet, who he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

The husband and wife were spotted arriving at festivities before attending the ceremony later that night. After the commencement, they were even photographed holding hands alongside their kids. On Saturday, the two were seen sharing a kiss, albeit on the cheek, when arriving for Affleck’s son Samuel’s basketball game.
Despite this rough patch, a source recently told Entertainment Tonight that the two are still hoping to work things out. “Ben and Jen don’t want to get divorced and are saying they won’t, but their relationship is simply not working at this point,” an insider said. “They aren’t done yet and want to fix things because they love each other, but they are also both unhappy.”
