Dua Lipa’s Christmas Day outfit was a pantsless look that featured feathered short shorts, pantyhose, and, of course, a Santa hat.

And yes, she cooked a turkey in this 'fit.

Everyone has their own interpretation of the phrase “festive partywear”. For some, it might suggest a classic cocktail dress. For others, a quirky holiday sweater. And for some, it might bring up visions of feathers and teeny tiny short shorts. Apparently, Dua Lipa falls into the latter category. In a recent Instagram carousel, the singer shared a series of images from her Christmas celebrations. “Christmas was vvvv cute,” she wrote, adding, “|the turkey was some of my best work.”

To ring in Christmas Day, Dua Lipa wore a wintery white outfit, pairing a cozy long sleeved top with a round plunging neckline with a pair of tiny feathered short shorts, which she wore a pair of pantyhose and white strappy heels. She completed the look with a Santa hat, a pair of large hoop earrings, and her cross necklace.

In her carousel, Dua Lipa showed off her impressive Christmas dinner, which included a large turkey, roast potatoes, a cheese board, and champagne. She also included snaps of two dogs wearing festive headbands and a clip from an old home video that showed her as a (very cute) baby.

Some fans noticed that the singer appeared to be wearing a new ring on her left hand, sparking engagement rumors—although in other photos it seemed she wore the ring on her right hand. “Engaged baby?!?” singer Mutia Tamala commented. Dua Lipa has been dating actor Callum Turner since early 2024.

Dua Lipa has previously spoken about just how important the holiday season is for her. “I’m gonna be at home, I’m cooking Christmas dinner,” she said during a 2018 interview. “I did it last year for the first time and I actually did quite a good job.” She went on, “I love to invite my friends round and have dinner. I feel, like, the most at home when I get to do a big grocery shop and do it all at home.”

Apparently, her cooking tradition is still going strong.
